The deci­sion to form the Trust as a lim­it­ed com­pa­ny was tak­en at a meet­ing of con­cerned fans on Sat­ur­day 5th Octo­ber 2024.

The name Dun­dalk FC Sup­port­ers Trust CLG was cho­sen.

The deci­sion was unan­i­mous by those who attend­ed.
